When the existing children’s nursery facilities for the college became effectively unsafe there was an urgent need for replacement accommodation to service the needs of both staff and students. Unique Modular received the brief and designed a purpose made building that met the requirements of both the college and the statutory authorities. We then sourced a building to fulfil the needs of all parties and arranged for delivery and erection onto pre-prepared bases. Any fine tuning of requirements was taken on board and incorporated into the final build during the construction phase. The whole process from receipt of order to final delivery and handover took 10 weeks. |
