When a major environmental services provider won the contract to manage waste at a vital Essex refinery Unique Modular was able to fulfil their urgent requirement for accommodation; this to enable the seamless transition of personnel to run the contract. The brief was to provide office, welfare and toilet facilities under one roof. We then sourced and designed the buildings to fulfil the needs of the client and arranged for delivery and erection onto pre-prepared bases. All additional requirements were incorporated into the final build during both the construction and handover phases due to the close liaison between the client and Unique Modular Buildings. |
