Unique Modular Buildings Ltd is pleased to be able to offer two high quality buildings generally as described below and as shown in the images.

The smaller two storey 5 on 5 office building is externally clad in low maintenance Plastisol Steel is built to 2006 Building Regulation standards and is approximately 18 months old.

The larger double storey classroom accommodation c/w toilet block consisting of 17 bays in total is also externally clad also in Plastisol Steel; this is also constructed to 2006 Building Regulations and is also approximately 18 months old.

Both buildings have pre finished vinyl faced cream walls and white ceilings. All electrics are wired within the fabric of the building.

These buildings have been manufactured from new by and will be available to purchase from early next year.

Both buildings have been well maintained and are “as new”, any alterations required to suit your requirements could readily be achieved.
