Unique Modular Buildings Ltd is proud to commence delivery of the modular children's nursery and after hours club building for Bickerstaffe Children's Services.
A low pitch lightweight roof complements the design and we will show photos of this along with the completed building when available.

Any minor issues were dealt with in a professional manner with a satisfactory outcome.
The prices quoted were the prices charged and deviations from these were always highlighted to us and reasons given as to why a change would need to be made, e.g change of product/supplier.
Their adherence to time projections of the completed project were realistic and as it was us who had to slow the project down at some points due to building regs, Geoff was amenable and helpful in these situations.
