Factory constructed single units varying in length from 3.6m up to 12m, usually in 1.2m increments, and widths from 2.4m up to 3.6m. The units arrive mounted on four telescopic adjustable jacklegs to take account of variations in ground conditions and provide easy installation or are deigned to sit directly on the ground to improve the unit’s weight bearing capacity. For the client the main benefits are speed of arrival, the ability to relocate readily the buildings as needs change and provide economically both a secure working environment coupled with storage of valuable items. Foundation requirements, conditional on ground conditions, are minimal and usually low cost. The all steel units come with a standard all steel external door that is fitted with an insurance rated 5 lever lock, and come complete with electrics usually comprising light, heat and power. Steel shutters, either sliding or hinged, will protect the windows. They are either available singly or in multiples and can be double stacked and accessed via steel stairways and walkways to provide storage that makes best use of the available space.
