Factory constructed single units varying in length from 3.6m up to 12m and widths from 2.4m up to 3.6m. The units arrive mounted on four telescopic adjustable jacklegs to take account of variations in ground conditions and provide easy installation or are deigned to sit directly on the ground to improve the unit’s weight bearing capacity. For the client the main benefits are speed of arrival, the ability to relocate readily the buildings as needs change and provide economical secure storage of valuable items. Foundation requirements, conditional on ground conditions, are minimal and usually low cost. The all steel units come with a standard set of double doors that are fitted with insurance rated 5 lever locks and we can provide internal racking and electrics as an extra. Additionally the units are available to provide compliance with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) if required. They are either available singly or in multiples and can be double stacked and accessed via steel stairways and walkways to provide storage that makes best use of the available space.
